Heated Preform


The production of the fiber compound components in large series often fail because of long cycle times during the injecting and hardening of the duromer. The main reason for this is the heating and cooling of the respective tools.



One or more heating layers are placed directly into the textile reinforcement structure. With this the heat can be optimally brought in, which saves time during the process of heating and cooling. Later on, the heating structure can also overtake other functions in the component.
