Centrifuge Stand
The centrifuge stand serves for proving the solidity of smooth, serrated, and bladed rotors with increased revolutions. It also serves for centrifuging of test subjects until they intentionally burst and for material solidification of the test specimen through centrifugal force until the liquid point. The test specimen hangs vertically on a thin wave and is lead by an upper safety bearing and a lower bearing track.
Test Specimen Data:
Diameter of the Test Specimen: max. 400 mm
Length of the Test Specimen: max. 315 mm
Mass of the Test Specimen including suspension: max. 25 kg
Maximal Revolutions: 100 000 min-1
